Instrumental in obtaining DynaCAD workstation to read prostate MRIs and UroNAV for MHH hospital for performing fusion biopsies in 2014. 2014 – Created Unique MR clinical worksheet for prostate MRI2014 - to date: Started Prostate MR-US Fusion biopsy service at MHH, UroNAV which is a state of the art service, 2014-2015. Review MRIs prior to the biopsy, do segmentation on DynaCAD work station and select lesions for biopsy. Trouble shoot any issues to make this service run smoothly; coordinating all of this between three Urologists and MHH Ambulatory Surgery Center.2015: Started Prostate MR service at Harris Health Smith Clinic and also started PercuNav Fusion biopsy service at LBJ with Urology2016: Started Prostate MR Inbore biopsy – DynaTrim service. This service is being provided to recurrent prostate cancer patients and metastatic prostate cancer patients post ADT chemotherapy.2018 – Lots of days and hours spent working with TMC OPID administration, MRI techs, schedulers in educating and moving all prostate MRIs to the outpatient 3T MRI scanners which has been challenging given multiple instances of mis-scheduling of good number of prostate MRIs.
