The default installation of Microsoft Office is not the 64bit version. If you are using a version of Office prior to 2013, you will need to remove that version first, load the Access Database Engine_X64 file and install AutoSPRINK 12 x64. You can then reload your version of Office.

Office 2013 / 365: We have many users successfully running AutoSPRINK with this product, but it has not been thoroughly tested. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Existing users should create a new settings file. On the `File \Options \Dynamic Objects' tab, verify that "Use Compression" is checked. Set up the Toolbars as you would like to use them. nVidia video card settings:

Via the nVidia Control Panel, choose the 3rd Option and set the slider all the way Left to `Performance'.

Caution One (LAPTOPS): With the emergence of more sophisticated mobile workstations, nVidia has introduced a graphics feature to laptops carrying nVidia graphics cards, named Optimus. Optimus is a systemlevel (read: BIOS) setting that automatically switches from the laptop's dedicated graphics card (which AutoSPRINK requires) to the laptop's built-in integrated chip (which AutoSPRINK is not compatible with at this time) in order to save battery power. Optimus can be a common cause of crashes and graphical errors for users on a laptop with the feature enabled. Disabling the Optimus setting either through your computer's BIOS upon startup or via the nVidia Control Panel will alleviate this issue.

Caution Two: If using a Laptop with a docking station, remove the Laptop from the Docking Station before loading the Program (or installing the Key on a new computer). Once complete the key should work in either the Laptop or Docking Station.

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users: To avoid display conflicts with Vista and Windows 7, after the software is installed, right-click on the AS12 Desktop icon and choose Properties. On the `Compatibility' tab, select all three (3) "Disable..." settings. If they are greyed out, you're good to go. Finally, check the "Run as Administrator" box.

Windows 8 (8.1) and Windows 10 users: As with Office 2013, we have a few users successfully running AutoSPRINK with this OS, but it has not been thoroughly tested. Please let us know if you have any issues. You might consider saving the install file to a USB flash drive and then you can share with others. If you have any problems, please contact Tech Support (support@).
