Your partner team is going to create six artifacts to represent the dictator and legacy. You will then put those in a bag and bring them to class to present. On the day of the presentation, introduce your dictator and reveal the rise of your dictator’s climb to power. You will explain the six artifacts and why they represent your dictator and his actions. REQUIRED: A list of 7 rules for society that your dictator would implement.

Now pick six of the following for your dictator bag:

- Newspaper clipping/Headline (real/copy or created)

- Map of where they were in power (country & territory)

- Object that represents something the dictator liked (No weapons!!!)

- Something that represents how your dictator stayed in power

-A drawing of the dictator, or of one of their soldiers

- Historical picture include background information about the picture.

- Something that represents a positive contribution of the dictator

- Something that represents how the dictator is INFAMOUS (evil act).

- A monument or tribute to your dictator

- Food or something cultural to represent the people of the country/empire

-Story or myth from the region

-Original Facebook/Twitter page for your dictator, printed out including pictures, blog, tweets.

-Create a “best of” CD sleeve for your dictators “greatest hits” (i.e., all the bad things that they did while in power).

-Four actual quotes by your dictator that reflect their ideas about power and government.

Your Dictator bag should be embellished with symbols representing your dictator’s rule and legacy.

Individual accountability requires selection of SIX questions to answer from the list of interview questions. Be sure to give clear and explicit answers to each question.
