It is my responsibility to report these offenses to the Center for Quality Teaching and Learning (Frank Brown Hall, Rm. 2068) immediately after the offense has occurred. Failure to report an offense could result in my dismissal from courses in the College of Education and Health Professions and/or termination in the Teacher Education Program.
