2019/2020 Service Bonus Plan
When you complete at least 70 units* during an academic semester (see To Qualify section below for each semesters date range), you may be eligible for bonus pay. Stale time submitted after each semester ends will be counted toward the next service bonus semester.
Bonus checks will be issued in January for the 1st semester and in July for the 2nd semester based on the following structure:
Units required 70 or more
Payout Amount 1.5% of gross wages
For unit assignments, 1 day = 1 unit For all hourly assignments, 7 hours = 1 unit
To Qualify:
Work at least 70 units during the semester; the hours must appear on paycheck/advices dated as follows: 1st Semester - the first week ending in July through the last week ending in December 2nd Semester ? the first week ending in January through the last week ending in June
Be sure to maintain an ongoing, accurate record of your units and assignments.
PLEASE NOTE: This plan can be modified or cancelled at any time without prior notice. All position types are eligible to participate based on the following effective dates:
Effective 7/1/19, All Kelly U.S. temporary employees that work KES instructional assignments. Effective 12/30/19, All Kelly U.S. temporary employees that work only KES non-instructional
assignments will move from their current Bonus Plan to the KES Bonus Plan.
