Possible iris chafing OSDiagnosis: Ultrasound biomicroscopy of the right eye shows the anterior chamber is formed and the angles are open, but narrow, in all views. Ultrasound Biomicroscopy of the left eye shows the anterior chamber is formed. The angles are closed from 2:00 to 4:00 and from 7:00 TO 9:00. The optic is placed forward with iris lens touch. The haptics are rubbing against the iris pigment epithelium in most views. ................
