Claimant sustained burden of proof his serious work injury while hit by a 1000# valve resulted in injury to his left leg and left foot (undisputed), but also to his low back. Uncontroverted medical testimony also established claimant’s work injury resulted in posttraumatic stress disorder including recurring nightmares of the accident.

Claimant found to have sustained actual lost wages and lost earning capacity as a result of permanent disability to left leg and foot and low back. Stringent work restrictions totally precluded claimant from returning to old job as finish grinder. With work slow down, employer had no work for claimant and claimant remained unemployed. Claimant awarded 55% industrial disability.
