*To qualify for the COVID Vaccine you MUST BE an Eligible US DoD Healthcare Beneficiary*

- Please monitor the U.S. Naval Hospital Rota Spain Facebook page and website for updates before traveling to the shot-ex. - DOSE 1: We will continue to provide updates as to when we deplete our Dose 1 supply. - DOSE 2: Please bring your CDC Vaccination Card, ID, and version 7 of the DD 207 if available to you. Arrive on the day listed on the back of your vaccination card and as close to the time listed as possible.
