Write the date of event and venue in the subject line. Don't send attachments; send the release in the body of the email. She welcomes jpegs, but no ZIPs or TIFFs. To submit image files, first email her asking if it's a good time to send, wait for a response, then send. Send just one jpgeg (300 dpi or more) per email. In the subject line, write topic, date, artists name, and venue in that order.
