How to make an easy no-sew tablecloth

Fabric Type Suggestion: Oil Cloth fabric for easy clean up and non-fraying features Supplies and Tools: Fabric (see yardage below), measuring table, sewing machine (optional) Measure and Cut:

Yardage: the amount of fabric you need is based on the width of the fabric and the diameter and drop of the tablecloth. This is a simple tablecloth so we will just use fabric requirements for a 10" drop as this is the standard size.

Diameter + drop Diameter + drop 2"

Measure the diameter of your table plus 10" for the drop. So, for my table which was 30" in diameter, the measurement of my circle was 40" in diameter.

Cut a giant square using your diameter plus 2" as your width and length. If your fabric is not wide or long enough, you may have to sew a few pieces together to get one big piece before you cut it.

Cut out your circle from your big square.

How to make an easy no-sew tablecloth

1) Here is your square piece of fabric. For mine this was a 42" x 42" square. I bought 2 yards of oil cloth fabric with 47" width.

2) Next cut out your circle. Using chalk, mark a dot on the center of the square. Use your measuring table and make dots all around maintaining your diameter + drop measurement. Mine was 30" table diameter + 10" drop which gives me 40". Cut out your circle.
