Core Beliefs Checklist

INSTRUCTIONS: Use this handout as a reference when doing Part 3 of the Memory Imprint Journal, "Evidence of Supportive Core Beliefs in Action". Here is a list of common negative and positive core beliefs. Use some of these or come up with your own. Start by identifying negative beliefs that you suspect are in your subconscious still. Then choose the opposite positive belief. On page 3 of this handout, you'll see an example of how to use these positive core beliefs in your journal.

NEGATIVE I'm unworthy of success I'm not good enough It's unsafe to succeed in life I'm unprotected I'm a magnet for bad things I'm owned by my limiting beliefs My life makes my unhappy I'm a victim of fate It's unsafe to be me I'm indecisive It's too hard to succeed I'm regretful about the past I fear failure I'm too distracted and unfocused Life is meant to be a struggle I'm afraid to take risks There's not enough money and resources There isn't enough time I'm going nowhere I don't like to be uncomfortable/face the truth Sometimes the ends justify the means I can't live my life purpose and survive Life doesn't support me I seem to repel love and appreciation I've given up on my dreams Miracles seem to only happen to other people I'm not very good at manifesting what I want

POSITIVE I AM worthy of success I AM good enough It's safe for me to succeed in life I'm protected I'm a magnet for good things I give no power to limiting beliefs I have everything I need to be happy now I am the master of my own destiny It's safe to be me I'm wisely decisive It's easy to succeed I make peace with the past I have the courage to fail I can stay focused Life is meant to be enjoyed I'm willing to take calculated risks Money and resources are abundant There IS enough time I'm creating a fantastic future for myself I'm willing to be uncomfortable/face the truth The ends and the means need to have integrity I can life my life purpose and thrive Life wants me to win I easily attract love and appreciation I keep my dreams alive Miracles happen regularly for me I'm good at manifesting what I want
