They were mailed to all health care facilities in the state and are available on the Board's website at nursingboard.state.nv.us. These actions will also be published in the Board's quarterly news magazine, which is mailed to all Nevada licensee and certificate holders as well to key government, legislative, and community stakeholders. We submit this list for inclusion on the Nevada Legislature's web site section, "Reports of Occupational Licensing Boards," as the Board's 9/30/07 "Quarterly Summary of Disciplinary Action."
