Wales Millennium Centre also normally operates a blind recruitment policy. However, due to the nature of this role, and in response to feedback from freelance artists we are creating an application process that includes different methods of submission. By enabling applications to be made in both audio and visual forms as well as written documentation we are unable to make this a blind recruitment process. From these initial expressions of interest, we will shortlist to 25 individuals all of whom will be paid ?100.00 for their time to submit a fuller application. At this point individuals will have to provide more details and information about their skills and experience as detailed above.
