Course Description: What social and environmental impact issues do we cover in the MBA Business Law course? They are: Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Corporate Governance, Insider Trading, Fraud and Fiduciary Duty, Ethics and the Origins of Law and Legal Procedures and Court Processes, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Mediation and Arbitration.
