After their first promotion, new cadets receive a $100 voucher that goes towards the Dress Blues uniforms at - the official supplier of Civil Air Patrol uniforms. Logistics recommends getting as much of the uniform as possible from the squadron supply, and getting the rest from Vanguard with the $100 voucher.
