Internet Explorer ¨C Installing the Chrome Plug-In

1.

Open a Chrome browser window and in the URL line type in ¡°IE Tab for Chrome¡±.

2. You should see the option for the IE Tab at the Chrome Web Store, click on that option.

3. At the Chrome Web Store the option for the IE Tab will appear as shown below. Click on ¡°Add to Chrome¡±

button in the top right corner.

4. In the pop-up window that appears, confirm that you want to add this to Chrome by clicking on ¡°Add

Extension.¡±

5. You should now see the IE Tab icon at the top right of the screen. To open the IE Tab, click on that Icon.

6. Once you click on the IE Tab icon you will be prompted to install the IE Tab Helper. If this prompt does not

appear, scroll down on the IE Tab Documentation screen to ¡°The IE Tab Helper¡± and click on the link in that

section. A file titled ¡°ietabhelper.msi¡± will appear in the lower left of the page.

7. Follow screen instructions to install/run this program.

8. When the IE Tab Helper has been installed, click on the IE Tab icon in the upper right of the browser. Once you

click on this icon a second address line appears. Use this address line to access either e2Value directly or

through an insurance company. If you access through an insurance company¡¯s website, be sure to use this

address line to enter the company¡¯s website address.
