West Forsyth is a comprehensive 4-year public high school with an enrollment of approximately 2,200 students in grades 9 through 12. West Forsyth is accredited by the AdvancED Accreditation Commission. West Forsyth offers a comprehensive curriculum at regular, honors, and Advanced Placement levels. Average class size is 28 to 32 students. West Forsyth students can enroll in courses offered at the Career Center which include about 30 vocational programs and more than 30 Advanced Placement (college-level) courses. Opportunities for college-level courses are also offered through dual enrollment with Forsyth Technical Community College and other local schools.
