POSITION TITLE: Managing Entity Data SpecialistPOSITION OBJECTIVE: Support Northwest Florida Health Network (NWFHN) and its provider network in providing exceptional substance abuse and mental health services by:Ensuring data qualityProducing informational, management and performance reportsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:Reviewing and evaluating monthly provider data submissions for thoroughness and qualityProvide troubleshooting assistance for providers in working through file upload errorsProduce reports – regularly and ad hoc from various data systemsAssist in designing and producing management/performance reports, including report cardsAssist with fiscal reconciliation as neededAct as day to day primary liaison with NWFHN’s fiscal unit for data related issuesMaintain the NWFHN Catalog of CareMaintain the Managing Entity data reports repositoryUpdating and revising website informationWork closely with NWFHN’s data vendor to ensure proper system functionality and reportingAct as the backup security officer for Managing Entity systems including managing access to the Department of Children and Families’ systemsTrack provider waitlist activities and seclusion and restraint reportingAssist providers with data management and process enhancements.Work collaboratively with the Managing Entity teamAssist with programmatic and/or administrative monitoringsAssist with the development and writing of policies and procedures regarding BBCBC data Participate in the development of the strategic plan, annual operational plan, and the network management planUnderstand, support and promote the organization’s mission, vision and valuesThis list of essential functions is not intended to be exhaustive.
