LANDLORD hereby notifies TENANT that LANDLORD has elected to not renew your tenancy of the PREMISES. Your lease agreement expires on the LEASE TERMINATION DATE.

TENANT is required to vacate the PREMISES by Midnight on the above-stated date. Your lease agreement provides that the PREMISES must be made into the same condition as upon move-in, in good, clean, and sanitary condition, including removing all trash from the PREMISES. In addition, all keys, fabs, and other devices used to enter the PREMISES shall be delivered to LANDLORD at the Landlord’s Address listed above. All personal property left at the PREMISES after the above-stated date will be considered abandoned and LANDLORD will proceed accordingly.

TENANT is further hereby notified that acceptance by LANDLORD of future rent payments or other lease performance(s) by TENANT after the LEASE TERMINATION DATE shall not constitute a waiver or withdrawal of this notice and that should TENANT so fail to vacate and surrender possession on the LEASE TERMINATION DATE, a lawsuit will be commenced to eject and remove you from the PREMISES and for recovery of statutory damages incurred by LANDLORD.
