District 15 Leadership DevelopmentCalendar of OpportunitiesAs the biennium began, Governor DeAnna requested quarterly leadership development for club presidents and Area Directors, and district and club chairmen of Advocacy, Membership, and Service committees. Jackie McCarroll and I used her calendar to develop our leadership development plan. We chose Saturdays to accommodate our working members. Here is an overview of the biennium.
