TERMS & CONDITIONS

Online/Onsite Training: Payment is due a minimum of 10 working days prior to onsite or online training. Travel expenses will also be billed for the trainer for onsite training. Once the signed registration and dates are received for onsite classes, InEight will purchase the most economical airfare, using major commercial airlines, which may result in non-refundable tickets. Because of airline policies, if your company chooses to cancel or reschedule the class after the airfare is purchased, it will be necessary to charge for any non-refundable airfare costs and/or change fees.

Regional Training: Payment is due a minimum of 5 days prior to regional training. Seats are secured once payment is received and are not otherwise held. Regional class size is limited to 12 attendees. Requests to cancel or reschedule regional training that are received 7 business days prior to start date are eligible for 50% credit towards future training. Full registration fee will be forfeited for any requests not received in that timeframe. Any credits received must be used within three (3) months of the cancellation date.

Note: Some trainings may require a SOW and cannot be ordered via this form. Training options on this form can only be ordered by current InEight customers.
