The State of New York has revised the Official New York State Workers¡¯

Compensation Medical Fee Schedule effective January 1, 2020. The enclosed pages

will update the 2018 edition (effective April 1, 2019) with the updates effective

January 1, 2020.

The new Official New York State Workers¡¯ Compensation Acupuncture and Physical &

Occupational Therapy Fee Schedules booklet is not included in this update. This

booklet is available separately by calling Optum360 at 1.800.464.3649, option 1.
