1. Will I still be paid on the same pay schedule? Yes. The 2021-2022 pay schedule will not change. You can view the pay schedule through your willSub account under the Payroll/Pay Periods section.

2. When will I get my first paycheck through Oasis? The first check through Oasis will be issued on Friday, August 13th or Friday, August 20th. The check will include any days worked from 7/25/21 through 8/07/21.

3. Will my tax and direct deposit/Global Cash Card information remain the same? Yes, all tax and direct deposit/Global Cash Card information has been transferred to the new system, but it is the employee's responsibility to verify all information after creating your Oasis? Employee Self Service account. If you need to make any changes, please continue to do so through your willSub account.

4. Will I receive more than one W-2? Yes. The W-2s from DynamicHR will include all paychecks through 8/11/21. Please note that if you work for more than one ESS entity, you will receive a W-2 for each entity. All W-2s will be required for filing your 2021 taxes; you will receive them by 1/31/22.

5. Will my pay rate change? No, pay rates for the 2021-2022 school year will not be changed as a result of this transition.

6. How can I view my paycheck information from before 8/11/21? To view paycheck information for days worked prior to 8/11/21, continue to use your old DynamicHR account login which will be available via your willSub account through October 15th.
