There was a KVCC connection when the Kalamazoo Outlaws took the field against the Ohio Knights in the second round of the Great Lakes Football League playoffs on Sept. 13, but if he had been flanked by Jim Brown, Walter Peyton and Brett Favre, it might still not have been enough. The Outlaws fell 41-7 and finished the season with a mark of 7-5. ................
