TITLE 12STUDENT SUITETitleSectionEligibility1Automatic Seats2Selection Process3Student Lottery 4Sec 1.EligibilityStudent Group Eligibility- All recognized student groups and organizations are eligible.Priority must be given to SGA recognized groups.Student Lottery Eligibility- Only full-time OSU-Stillwater students are eligible to enter.Limit one entry per student per week.Limit one win per student per semester.Sec. 2Automatic SeatsWhen a student group is selected to use the student suite, they will be given 6 seats.For the purposes of the student lottery, 3 pairs of SGA Student Suite tickets shall be allocated towards the drawing.The remaining 6 seats shall be given to:The SGA PresidentThe SGA Senate ChairOne member of the Executive BranchOne SenatorThe SGA Advisor plus one guestSec. 3Selection of Student GroupsApplications will be available, and must be turned in to the SGA office no later than Friday at 5:00 p.m. the week before the game.A committee shall be formed, consisting of the SGA President and the SGA Senate Chair.The Committee shall inform the selected group of their selection on the Monday before the game.The selected group shall turn in a list of the names and CWID numbers of its members which will be in the suite.Sec. 4 Student LotteryRules for ParticipationEntrants shall provide a copy of their class schedule, OSU email and telephone number.All winners selected to be in the student suite shall be required to sign a behavioral contract. If this contract is violated, said winner(s) shall be asked to leave by an SGA officer immediately.Rules for Operation:For each home football game, 3 pairs of SGA Student Suite tickets shall be distributed to 3 entrants who shall be chosen via random drawing.Each winner shall be permitted to select one other full-time OSU-Stillwater student to accompany them as a guest.Entries shall be accepted the week before the game from 9:00 a.m. on Monday until 5:00 p.m. on Friday.The SGA President and SGA Senate Chair shall meet on Monday the week of the game to administer the drawing, and shall contact the winners immediately thereafter.Potential winners shall have until Wednesday at 5 p.m. to claim the tickets.Upon claiming tickets, both the potential winner and guest shall be required to appear in person and present a valid photo I.D. The guest shall also bring a copy of his/her class schedule so that enrollment may be confirmed.If a potential winner fails to claim the tickets in the time allowed, cannot attend the game, or is found to be in violation of the rules herein stated, then that potential winner shall be disqualified, and another winner, time permitting, shall be drawn from the lot.If, any of the tickets are not claimed in a reasonable time before the game, then the SGA President shall allocate the unclaimed tickets to members of SGA. ................
