Reno teases him with the song, “I Get a Kick Out of You” and tells him she’s sailing to England as the on board celebrity entertainment with her Angels.Whitney wants all of his shares sold by Billy while he travels by boat to England. When Billy drops Whitney’s passport to the boat, he realises that the girl he loves, Hope Harcourt, is on board with her mother and fiancée Lord Evelyn Oakley. He stows aboard, his employer's shares unsold.Meanwhile, Public Enemy Number 13, Moonface Martin has stowed away on board, disguised as a minister. Erma’s boyfriend, Snake-Eyes Johnson, has not made it, and they give these tickets to Billy as thanks for his assistance in getting the “other” minister arrested prior to departure.Once on board, Billy, Reno, Moonface and Erma hatch a plan to separate Hope from her controlling mother and rich, but possibly inbred, fiancée and re-unite her with Billy.
