Get More Clients…While You SleepGood afternoon for everyone. I hope everyone is having a great day. We are almost through the weekend again. I want to thank Alexa and SCORE for having me. We will talk about an awesome topic that many might have heard about but they have no idea what it is so hopefully by the end of this presentation, we will be able to clear up some of that information for you and hopefully get you started on your way. We are talking about getting more clients while you sleep which is always a good thing. People love making money when they sleep as well. As Alexa mentioned, my first online business was started 22 years ago in 1997. Yes, I am dating myself and I had an online community at the time. Back then there was no social media. There was no Google , no Instagram, no Facebook. We had dial-up and AOL . Many of you probably remember that as well. We have changed so much in the past 20+ years . I have had the pleasure of working with different clients. I love small businesses and helping them get to the forefront of technology . We are just going to move onto the next thing here. I was an authorized group and I love helping my clients with constant contact. I own a company which is a business app, text marketing and the Chatbot. Let's get started. We are enhanced the Internet age that is dominated by social media . The problem sometimes with that is everyone is expecting businesses to be on 24 seven access whether you are an e-commerce store, a bank, a consultant, whatever. They expect when the email you that you automatically are going to respond to them. This is why text marketing has been so awesome for businesses because people can text a message and normally get the response back right away. This is kind of like the age that we are in today. I wanted to give you a little background of thoughts. It is not something just new. I did a little research myself and found out some of these Bots. In 1996 , that is the first Bot as we called it. It was a natural conversation between a human and a program. Then on down the line we had, 1996, Google Bot was created which was kind of like a WebCrawler that collect all of the documents online. The bad one was in 2000 which were the spam Bots. Unfortunately we still get some of that lovely spam mail. Then, in 2010, Siri was brought to life by the iPhone. People still use it today whether it be on their cell phones or in their car . They can say Siri and then ask a question and it responds. Then we moved into 2012 when it was called Google now which basically is a feature that Google did like a search engine. If you are an android user, a lot of times on your phone you can speak what you want to know about in the phone and then it will respond either with the search engine results, etc. Then, 2015, we moved onto Alexa. Alexa and Google would tell you how to do it or play the song. What are the lyrics to this? That kind of mood in. Then, Cortana was created by Microsoft. We know Microsoft is an old company. It was created by Microsoft Windows 10. That is still available in the App Store. Then, the big daddy of them all, Facebook decided in 2016 to create what we now know as the Facebook messenger chatbots . That is what we are going to talking today as well as website chatbots. You are probably wondering what in the world is a chatbot? The definition for it is a computer program or an artificial intelligence which conduct a conversation using auditory or text messages. Before we get any further, I am very curious with all of our wonderful guests we have, I would like to find out and I am going to send a short survey. Do you currently have a Facebook business page or as some people re-for to it, a Facebook like page? We will give this a few minutes. That way I will be able to gauge what our audience has. Okay. Awesome. Great. We are almost at 50-50. Let's give it a few more seconds. Awesome. I will let you guys see this. We have about 63% that say yes and about 38 percent that say no. We are almost kind of like at the half-and-half point which is great. Today we will be giving you a high-level view of what a chatbot is and how you can use it to book more clients or inquiries through your website or Facebook business page is. Some of the businesses that are using chatbot, one of the biggest ones that I find is Sophora. Their particular chatbot was specifically built for their business and you can try on makeup and different lipstick colors if you put your picture up. Also, Amazon has a chatbot on their website that kind of helps you navigate information about where you want to go . Also, the Wall Street Journal also has one that says it brings you information about news and markets and that is what is going on. According to Gartner, 85% of customer interactions will be managed without a human by 2020. We know many times now that we receive an automated attendant when calling a business. Chatbots are almost like automated attendants except they are on the computer which is on Facebook. You can also Google a little bit to see how other businesses are using chatbots. Today what we are going to talk about is the types of chatbots. We have the Facebook messenger chatbot which is specifically housed within Facebook and then you have website chatbots . When you go to a website, you may have seen them in the lower right-hand corner, the little button that says click here or how can we help you. Or, when you land on that particular website, what will happen is it will pop up with questions. How can we help you today? We are going to talk about first what can a chatbot do for you. Because it is an automated attendant, it allows 24/7 availability. Remember, I told you, everybody wants the answers now. On your Facebook business page , even though your business hours maybe 10 AM to 5 PM, 9 times out of 10 someone will message your Facebook business page and expect a response back very quickly. Also, it can enhance shopping experiences. Many times as a consumer, when I am looking for something, I don't want to talk to a salesperson on the phone but if I can find the information online or if it can guide me to what I am trying to look for, I will most definitely use that type of experience. It also can maintain or engage your customers. That means if they're asking questions, the customer is responding back. You want to make sure that you let the person know that they are speaking with a Bot , it is not a real person. However, it is possible for the conversation to then transfer over to a real person with a button. You may say click here to talk to a human but you have to make sure you have someone there to answer the phone if you have that option. Also, it can reduce cost by reducing chat operators or your administration. 9 times out of 10, most businesses don't have anyone that can sit on their social media all day, every day, and wait for questions. You have your Verizon , Comcast, and those large companies actually can have a person that may sit on their Twitter account. That way, when people are doing certain customer requests, there is a physical person answering that. The average business, we just don't have the manpower to do that because we are so busy. It is also an efficient marketing tool meaning you can follow up with people. You can have sequences. You can build a list which is very important. We want to be able to capture anyone who is visiting us from a website or coming to our page on Facebook. We want to be able to engage them and build a rapport with them in being able to answer questions. You want to engage with them. These are like the five greatest features or benefits if you will of a chatbot and how it can help your business. Now, we all talk about commonly used platforms. Although Facebook has been going through so many different changes as we well know, it is still the big granddaddy of them all. Second two that we have Instagram which if many of you don't know, Instagram is owned by Facebook. Third is about twitter and you have LinkedIn and YouTube. YouTube is starting to be known as the second largest search engine compared to Google because many people will go onto YouTube and type in how to do this or how to do that. I have done it myself and I am sure many of you have done the same thing. We are kind of stuck . What happens if you don't have a manual? We are quick to go on YouTube and 9 times out of 10 someone will have a video of how to do it. Before we go a little further, the next question I want to find out is do you have a website or landing page for your business? Most importantly, do you control that website or landing page? Can you put a chatbot code on there or an email capture? We will see how this one comes back. This should be really interesting. We will wait a few seconds while everyone provides me with their answer. Okay. Awesome. Okay. We will wait two more seconds . Okay. I send the results to you. We had a really great question that I want to address right now. Someone asked as a small business website, what after Chatbot do other social media platforms have? I am so glad you asked. Right now, other social media platforms do not have a chatbot per se but I probably will pretty much guarantee because Instagram is owned by Facebook , 9 times out of 10 they will figure out some way to incorporate chatbots with in Instagram. I notice there are many changes also coming with Instagram. There have been talks about removing the like option so people cannot see how many people have liked your story or your promotion or what have you. I would not be surprised but what you can do to kind of implement people into a chatbot whether it be on your website or your Facebook , on your Instagram you can put a link to your Facebook business page messenger that will take you right there so you can engage them that way. The majority of you, 71%, does have a website or landing page. Just a few don't but that is okay. Now, social media examiner is an amazing free website with a lot of great information. They have been around for 11 years and it is a website that will tell you all about anything about social media. Every year, they do an annual marketing study which is totally free. If you go to the website, you can download it. What they do is they ask about 4800 marketers or more information about what do they think, whether they plan on using in the new year versus what they did last year. Two of the biggest areas are engagement and customer acquisition. I would probably bet for you guys you would say the same thing. Engagement and customer acquisition is very important to you because that is your lead and that is how you get businesses. According to that survey, 32% of the marketers planned to increase their use of chatbots in 2019 but it actually was a decrease of 7%. Forgive me, that should be 2018. Why are marketers second-guessing or shying away? That is because the small business owner has too much to do. I am sure you guys can totally agree with that. We wear many hats . We are sales and marketing. We are counting. We are customer service. We are follow-up and we also fulfill. A lot of times we don't want to take on another program. I show you a few things when we are talking about chatbots that can get us past that area. On your screen right now, I have gone to a screenshot of what a Facebook page without a chatbot it looks like. In the lower right-hand corner, what happens if you click on the send a message? It will say thanks for your message. We are not here right now but we will get back to you soon. I would say about 60%, maybe 70% of Facebook pages will probably have that statement because they're not using chatbots. When you send that and you put the message in, whatever it may be to the particular business page, you actually will have to wait for that business page to respond to you before anything will happen. If that business page does not have someone that is looking at their Facebook messages or inbox, what will happen is it may be two or three days before you get your answer. In this world of digital, you want to make sure you can answer the questions of your people. This may be a sale that you may be missing. A little opposite of that, we have a facebook page with a chatbot. In this webinar, if you guys go online and you look , we are using a chatbot. They cover the D.C. , Maryland, and Virginia area. When you click on send a message to the D.C. chapter, it will automatically pop up the information about the D.C. chapter. Do you have a mentor? Are you looking for our workshops or our resources? It lets you as a consumer pick which information you are interested in receiving. This link can also be sent directly to a website or information whether it is a video, they can download a book. There are so many things you can do with the chatbots. It can get really detailed. If this is something you are interested in, try to do one thing. The biggest thing is to generate leads for your business. If you go too far, you can get down in the lovely little rabbit hole and then you want to give up because it is not working. That is like with any technology. Someone asked us a great question too. Is Facebook the only place that you can have a free chatbot? Right now, yes , and your website. We are going to talk about both. People are opting in meaning they are saying yes, they want to receive information. When they opt in, they become a subscriber. The great part is there are no forums . There is no double opt in like I have to click on the link and then check to see if I receive it. Once they messenger your chatbot, you are automatically opted in. There is a great way because they can automatically click stop if they no longer want to receive messages from you. It is probably quicker than email when you unsubscribe. That is definitely a thing I like about it. What do we need to have a chatbot for our page? They offer a minimal free one but it is not engaging. One of the more common ones are called Manychat . There are a couple of others called third-party tools. Another common one is called chat fuel and another is called mobile monkey . Manychat is an authorized partner of Facebook and probably one of the easier platforms. The best part is you can get started for free which is what I love about it. I want to talk a little bit about using this because anytime that you implement any new marketing tool or strategy, you need to have a strategy about what is the purpose of you even having a chatbot on your website or your Facebook page. Why do I want it? MA limited in my staff? I won't have a lot of people that can help me. Do I get a lot of questions about frequently asked questions on my Facebook page that I get tired of constantly answering? You want to review your inbox message on your Facebook business page and your business email. When you start finding the common questions that will come up -- if you are a restaurant, what is your location? What is your menu? If it is a retail, where are you located? What are your services? You want to review and categorize your past messages. We are providing you this free template that you can use that Alexa will be sending out after the workshop. We make this quick for you. You can type in what the specific messages when you are looking at your Facebook business page and your business email. Then, what category does it fall into. Is it a customer service question? Is a regular service question about what you have? Is a product based? Over to the right, you can mark how many times you see that particular message. This is very helpful before you even start considering a strategy for your Facebook or website chatbot. Then, the second thing is we want to talk about the goal. Once you go and you look into your frequently asked questions and you are checking out all of the different messages that are coming through, let's determine the goal of the chatbot. Do you wanted to answer customer service questions? Do you want it to do immediate value? Say you are an author and you want to send them a link to your first chapter of the book. Is this going to be to sell products for your brand? Do you want to provide entertaining means? You may want to do videos which you can do within chatbots. You can access service. If you are a consultant or a coach, you may have a specific chat area just for your mentor clients. You want to ask them how you can help them. Normally if you can help the person get clarity about your product or services or make product suggestions, 9 out of 10 they will buy from you. Okay? The next thing is you want to craft your welcome message. Remember as a mention, as soon as you click to send a message , you want to craft your welcome message. You want to give them just a little spot of who you are, what you do. In this particular area is a maximum of 160 characters. You have to be crafty about what you do. Again, this is the second page of the sheet we are giving you so you can work on your message title. You can change your welcome message. You are not just stuck with it the one time you do it. You can say hello, this is who we are. In this case, this is the example we use for SCORE . We offer individually free counseling for Washington, D.C. schools. As soon as they hit the get started button, it triggers the bought meaning it starts the Bot. You can take some time to figure out what I want to say. Usually it is a blurb about what you offer and that this is a Bot but if you have questions, you can send direct mail or call. Number four in the let's talk strategy, what are your follow-up messages? Once you welcome them into your chatbot , what kind of messages are you going to send them? You will have the welcome. You may offer a download for your particular product or service. You can also direct them to your website which is ultimately what we want to do. Once you send the initial message, you can set up a sequence or follow-up message which you can ask if they downloaded what you offered or you can encourage more questions. Or, you can encourage them to set up an appointment via phone or email. Or, you can survey the chatbot with future product requests. This is a good way to find out what your potential customers need and want from you is a business. Facebook, as I mentioned, is always changing but they are very stringent now with Facebook messenger. As of the end of July , in order to send what we call promotional messages -- after someone integrates with your Bot the first time, you have 24 hours to send a blast out to that person. They did this because they did not want people blasting everyone freely. They had to kind of put parameters in place. We will talk about that as well. That does not mean you can't send all of messages as the work around. You can set up these sequences as soon as you set up your chatbot. You can say in two days I want this message to go out and in another week I want this message to go out. Those are really great ways to get around that area. Many people want to figure out how do I set it up to generate leads? Because your videos -- if you have ever done a Facebook Live or posted anything , you can have a chatbot trigger automatically when people respond to a post or Facebook Live. As soon as they put -- you may say what do you think about all this hot weather we are receiving? It is unbearable or not . This is a fun one. If you are a mom and you are trying to potty train your child and you have a mom page or a mom blog, you may say what is the best way to potty train? Then people will start giving you all the ideas. Say this is an area that you specialized in or you may have a product or service that will help mom's potty trained their kids quicker. Once they start responding, it will trigger the chatbot and then it will start asking them questions. How old is your child? What is your biggest problem? As we start the conversation right there on the page, that is a great way to generate leads. Another way we talked about generating leads was sequences and broadcasts. As I mentioned, you have to submit a request to have broadcasts go out . That does not mean that chatbots will be no useful. You can still always send an add to everyone that has interacted with your bought. Or, the other work around is you can send another message and when they respond, guess what? That starts the whole sequence over again. There are ways to get around it. The benefit of the sequences and broadcasts is this particular post was sent to 116 people. It was delivered to 105. It was opened at that particular time by 69%. 18% clicked. As you can see, it is very effective. It can go anywhere from 69% to 98%. It really depends on what your message is. Keep in mind people are not always on the chat but some people have it on their phone. They may have it through their desktop. Facebook says there is about 1.3 billion people that use messenger . Definitely people are using it for their business. This is a great example I wanted to give you guys. This is a real estate agency Bot. If we have any realtors on the line, this is a real estate Bot. As soon as they click on it, it thanked them. This particular Bot is helping them buy, sell, or rent the home. You see it says what can I do for you today. This causes the person to start engaging, to stay on the Facebook page. You can say what am I looking to do, buy, sell, or other. You are constantly responding by clicking back and forth. This is a Facebook Bot. It is great to get engagement. You can also take it a step further to have them call you. Or, as soon as you interact, you can get notified on your phone that someone is interacting with your bot and it is a great way to jump in and maybe direct message them your self. You can say would you like to set up a call while I'm in the area? This gives you a little bit background of the Facebook messenger bot. This is what we have talked about so far. Let's now go to our website. If you have a website , what I would suggest to clients when I am training them is you always want to make sure you have what is called Google analytics. It is a free program that sits on the back of your website. You have to control your website. If you are a Mary Kay person and you have a website through that particular direct seller, you cannot control what you put on there. If you had your own website, you can. Your average website visitor looking at the metrics and looking at different studies, they only stay on your website less than 60 seconds unless they are able to quickly find what they want. That is when a website chatbot comes into play. If any of you have ever gone onto the website and engaged with our bot that pops up, you understand what I am talking about. What this does is it allows you to keep visitors on your page which is definitely what we want to do. It allows you to interact with them and get their questions answered. You can guide them through your sales funnel or checkout page and then you can just rinse and repeat, do it all over again. I have found a great product for you called Quriobot. This particular software you can start for free. You can start off on Manychat for free. It allows you to put a simple website chatbot on your website page. If you have a website and you get many inquiries through there or people are not staying on long or they are not filling out your contact us form . Many people don't because at that time they don't want you to contact them. Quriobot is a great option. Also, you don't have to be technical savvy. You don't have to worry about programming. You can start for free and they offer templates . You can either start from scratch . There is a welcome bot. There is one called help your customers. All kinds of things. I just want you to know that you don't have to start from scratch. You don't have to know how to figure these things out or be a tech wiz . This shows you how you can build your chatbots. On your website, you can make it very simple. If they land on there, what you may want to do is welcome them. How can I help you today? They may say we are looking -- say you are a day care provider. You may say we take care of children anywhere from infants to three years old. Are you looking for day care? Then it may say would you like more information about our toddler program or our infant program. These are different options you can click so you are constantly getting the answers you want and then they are finding out how they can help you. 9 times out of 10 that will help the client make a decision , maybe come to an appointment at that particular day care center. This is a free platform that allows you to put a chatbot on your website and it is called Quriobot. It starts for free and it is very useful. With any of these, I encourage you to try them out. Like I said, try to do one thing. Your goal is to build the leads for your particular business, just make it totally simple to do. Also, we have provided some examples. For those of you who have never engaged with a chatbot on a website , what you can do is you can text chatbot to 40691. There are all kinds of examples. If you have a corporate webpage that you don't control, how would you do the lead capture? If you have a website that you don't control, you cannot do it. It is like a piece of code on the website. You have to have control of that particular platform or website unfortunately. I suggest that you kind of go -- Alexa, if it is okay, they can do text chatbot to 555888 . What I suggest you do is try that out and see what in the world this is. There are car dealership samples. There are coffee shops. That will give you some ideas for your business so you can learn how this works and how you may want to use it if you may want to use it for your particular business. This was a real high level over the chatbots. It is also known as what we call messenger marketing. If you ever hear the terms , that is what we are talking about. It is a great tool that you can use to engage with your visitors. You can find out what they are doing. You can generate the leads by them engaging. You can ask them for their email address and they will give it to you. Then you can follow up with an email, a phone call. You can encourage them to set up an appointment with you. You can try to dig deeper into what they are looking for. If you are a bookkeeping service, you may ask them when they first click on bookkeeping. You may say are you interested in bookkeeping for an individual or for a company ? You may ask them what are some of your paying points? You may ask if they use QuickBooks. It allows you to answer the questions and qualify the potential people that are coming to your website. We do have time -- we wanted to provide you with some gifts so that you can get jumpstarted and see if this will work for you. There is a chatbot marketing plan worksheet that we have for you as well as a strategy worksheet that we talked about earlier and a welcome message worksheet. These are going to be available in a follow-up email that you will receive. You will have a link to access them all. Other than that, we also are giving you a 20 video set of course for Manychat. It will take you from start to finish and teach you how to use Manychat which is free up to 500 subscribers. You can start for free with Manychat and Quriobot. There is no money you will put out. Manychat is one of the easiest ones you will do. Once you go through the 20 video set up course, you can look at it over and over to see if it works. Alexa, are we ready for the questions? Yes. We can go ahead and move into the Q&A portion of this webinar. We have been receiving a lot of really great questions. In this time remaining, we will do our best to address as many questions as we possibly can. If for some reason we do not have an opportunity to address your question during this live webinar, everybody is going to be receiving this slide deck for today's presentation. It is also available for download right within the webinar platform so you may have already downloaded the slide deck as well. It does contain Jennene 's contact information. You can reach out to her for further assistance if needed. We also want to remind you that SCORE mentors are also available if you are not already working with one. They are free to work with and can assist you further with your business needs. That is another option as well. Can I ask one more question? Are you going to implement a chatbot on your website or Facebook page? I am going to send a really quick poll just to give you an idea of where you are currently. We will answer the questions also . We will see what happens. It looks like the results are coming in. Okay. I just share this with the audience. Okay. I guess we can start our Q&A. Okay. Sounds good. Go ahead and move to these questions here. Jennene, this first question comes to us from Kay. This is regarding Facebook 's chatbot. With regard to Facebook , can you have an auto response that is customized saying we are not here right now? Can you customize those? Yes, you can customize those. Facebook has a limited version. It is not really a chatbot. There is like what we call canned questions you can ask. I think through Facebook you can put in your number or maybe in you're welcome. You can also do that through Manychat. If you just want to do a straight one answer , you can make it as simple or as complex as you want. Definitely. Okay. This next question comes to us from Louis. Lewis is asking if there is a way that you could use a chatbot with one Facebook business page or Google business page to collect leads and then can you perhaps send those to your email or something similar? Great question. You can definitely use it through Facebook and how you connect them like through mailchimp, it is a system that we use called zappier. It is a service provider that connect's 1000 different apps to each other. If you could set up a zappier integration , once the person fills out the chatbot, then you could say I want it to go to a Google sheet or my email platform whether it be mailchimp or anything. On Google business, I am not really sure if you can have a chatbot on there. I have not had that experience. I will have to look into that. That is a good question. You can definitely connect using . All right. Next question. This comes to us from Annetta. Jennene is asking if chatbots are replacing pop-ups. I like that. I would not say they are replacing pop-ups. We all know that pop-ups are so annoying. They are kind of on the website. If you ever notice when you go to the website and they are using some sort of live chat , it just comes up and it will say how are you doing. You can exit out of it but it is not really a pop up. It is not really replacing them. You can't really use pop-ups on Facebook business pages. That is kind of a good thing. You have click to message a business on Facebook to activate that particular chatbot. Okay. Yvonne would like to know if you get notifications or signals when chats are received through chatbots. Yes. You can set up Manychat to notify you either through email or through text message any time anyone is engaging with your chatbot. Okay. You can even also set it up if you have on your chatbot set up if you want to talk to a human, click here. They can click there and they are on their cell phone. It can call whatever number that you have indicated but you just want to make sure if you are having that option that you have someone there to answer. Okay. This next question -- Mike actually has a couple of questions. Mike is wanting to know if you had a said Quriobot. Is that a function of Manychat or is that another program from a different company? It is another program from a different company. Quriobot is specifically for websites. What you may probably ask, you can use Manychat on your website too. You can put a widget from Facebook on your website that would trigger that chatbot using the Manychat. However, it will direct the person still back to your Facebook business page. You can have that option on your website. Okay. The next part to his question is can chatbots be effective for those with very limited budgets? Could you recommend a good entry point and then scale as they grow? Most definitely. What I would suggest because Manychat you can start for free and once you reach up to 500 subscribers, it is just $10 per month. It can grow with you. What I would suggest to do -- with anything that starts free, there are some features that are not available outside of the paid but I start many of my clients off with the free and then you can just scale up from there. As I mentioned, I would start with a simple chatbot maybe explaining your products and services and offering more information. Remember, Facebook and Instagram, all of those are free platforms. You have to make sure that you have a way to capture those emails. God forbid if something happens to your business page and that is all you are using to connect with your customers, you are like starting over again. You can definitely scale with it. Definitely. Okay. The next question is from Kevin. Kevin is asking if LinkedIn has a chatbot set up. No they don't but they may have one later. They don't have one yet. Okay. Next question. Where do that chatbot replies go to? Is at the person's email or their phone number? That is a great question. The replies will stay within the backend of Manychat. Then, you as the owner can go through and see the replies at any particular time. Or, you can have them emailed to you. Okay. So they reside on the Manychat platform and then if you want to -- also, you can set up zappier which connects different platforms. You can set up zaps . A zap will take your information from your Manychat and put it to a Google sheet which could be easier for your administrator if you don't want to give them access to the backend. There are a lot of options with that. The next question is from Claudia who would like to clarify. Is a website not equal to a website business page? Correct. A website is a standalone. As your Facebook business page resides on Facebook, it is a feature of Facebook. It does have its own URL. It is found in the Google search. If you search from a business, you may find that the person's personal website will come up as well. All right. Timothy is asking what the difference is in click funnels and chatbots. That is a great question. Click funnels is like a landing page and an automation tool. Click funnels, some people actually will use it for their landing that does not have a website. It is almost like a platform. Clickfunnels , you can set up landing pages or really great lead capture sales pages if you are promoting something different. That is the difference, it is more of a landing page. The chatbot is more of an automation tool. But, you can use Manychat on your ClickFunnels pages. Okay. This next question is from Priya. I am rewording this a little bit. Do chatbots have a tendency to get heavy or weight down a website while loading? If so, are there certain chatbots to use or do not necessarily to use? I have not had that experience of them weighing down. It is a very small script. I have not read or heard about it laying down the speed of the websites. I think you will be fine. Okay. The next question is coming to us from Jerry. Jerry is asking what happens if someone complains about robot replies while online with the chatbot and who handles that complaint? Will you repeat that one more time? Sure. This is from Jerry asking what if somebody complains about robotic replies while they are online with the chatbot and then who would handle the complaints? What you can have -- I assume he is talking about someone complaining while they are in the discussion with the chatbot. If a person types in what we call a free format response and that is based on the different parameters, you can set up a keyword or a different set of keywords to have a different message. In case they say I want to talk to a human or the is this a robot, you can have a preformatted answer go back to them . Yes, we are using a chatbot to help disseminate information. We would love to speak to you in person. Click here and talk to one of our representatives or email or something like that. You can set up that as a default. Okay. The next question is from Barbara asking if there is any analytics for chatbots like Manychat or other messengers? In the back, there are analytics. You can see when you send the broadcast or response , what you sent and how many people opened it. A little deeper, if they have these things called tags, you can tag different people with different responses. Say I was a realtor and I say are you interested in residential or commercial and use a commercial, I can have -- you would never know this. I can tag it so I know Alexa is looking for commercial real estate but Diane is looking for residential. Those are also great analytics on the backend so you can see who opened it. I am a big tracking person. This next question is from Michelle. She is asking if there is a service you could recommend that will work like a chatbot but uses SMS texting versus a website or messenger . Okay. Depending on your text provider , you can set it as an automation in text marketing. There are different text platforms. Do your research, set up some platforms, and find out if that particular text platform has an automation sequencing within their features. That is one way you can do it, definitely. Okay. The next question is from Sicily. Sicily says she may have missed this but how can you tell your chatbot is working? Is there a way to test it before it goes live? Definitely. You definitely want to test it. One way to test it before it goes live is before you even announce it, you want to your self -- in Manychat you can preview the text and you can program the different responses to make sure it is delivering the correct way. That is the last thing you want to do. You definitely want to make sure that you test it properly. Okay. Kimberly is asking if there is a way that you can include a calendar for customers to schedule appointments. Yes. Most calendars, whether you are using calla lily, has a link to your chatbot. If you would like to schedule a time with us, click here. Once they open that, they can just go for it. You definitely can do that. Okay. The next question is from DD. Is it a concern about annoying possible customers? She says she can see a chatbot's values as an entrepreneur but she does not like them when she goes to other people's websites. With a chatbot, if you are sending a message, it is important that you let them know it is a chatbot. If you for some reason don't want to connect with it, hit stop and it will stop the chat right there. You always want to give them an out if you will. That is the best way to deal with it. You may even want to mention it a couple of times so if for some reason they misted in the first message, maybe down a little further they will know that they can click stop to stop the chatbot and to unsubscribe if you will. Okay. We've got time for maybe two last questions here. This next question comes from Brooke. It might be a little bit broad but maybe you can cover basic analytics here. Brooke is asking what the analytics look like when using a chatbot regularly. Navy what kind of data can you receive ? That is a good question. What kind of data? It is based on the messages that you are sending out . It will tell you how many you sent, how many people opened it. More importantly, it will tell you what they clicked on. That will give you a good idea of what is resonating. You may have a lot more people looking for commercial real estate over residential. We have a lot of people asking about our menu if it is a restaurant. It depends on how you set it up and then what your clients will be. You definitely get a lot of great analytics. All right. The last question. We have received this from many folks attending about next steps. How to set these up? Will the resources that you are providing and that which we will providing a link within the postevent email , do those contain some next steps? Yes. The first thing you want to do is watch the 20 part video. 20 sounds like a lot but they're really sure. They are 5 to 6 minutes each. Get your Manychat account set up. Then, start using it. Play around with it according to that. Also, what is your strategy? What do you want the chatbot to do? Do you want them to collect leads? Do you want to provide information? Do you want to do a giveaway? Those would be the next steps. My contact information is also on that page. Please feel free to email me. We also do offer a no obligation discovery call that we can answer some of your questions as well. That information is there. Okay. Wonderful. Those are all the questions that we have time for today. Thank you all for such great questions. Yeah, great. If we did not have a chance to address your question during the live segment, we will be sending out the slide deck in just a little bit. It does contain Jennene 's contact information if you want to reach out for further assistance. We also encourage you to connect with a SCORE mentor who can assist you further with the needs and helping you with next steps . We had somebody ask but mentors are only available online as well as physical locations. The mentor does not need to be right there in your physical area. Please take advantage of that.
