The OMF Super Filter has been developed too overcome many of the common problems that occur during the process of EDMing. The OMF Super Filter has an engineered filter media with a 5 micron rating and has many advantages over the traditional 5 and 10 micron element filters currently available.

16 square meters of filter media as opposed to competitive elements. Secondary cutting is dramatically reduced. Wire breakage's are dramatically reduced. The dielectric system is much cleaner. Surface finish is greatly improved. Filter life is greatly increased, due to the increased media. Extended life from the Ion exchange resin. No increase in pump pressure or pump wear.
