It will automatically open or download and open to you full One Note desktop application by default. You want this to happen but don’t unpack the file yet. After the .onepkg is opened from you ODFB in the OneNote Desktop application it will ask you to unpack the .onepkg file as shown and as mention in step 1 but don’t do anything yet. ................
