In this case the learner may register for any Phase I or Phase II course that (1) has no prerequisites and (2) still has openings. After the learner’s first semester, all Phase I and Phase II courses may be taken in any order—unless they have prerequisites. Phase III (MGMT 699) must be taken in the learner’s final semester, but can be taken concurrently with another course.Concentrations Students who opt to pursue an MBA concentration will have their 8 elective credits dictated by the requirements of the concentration they choose. They will also take one more 4-credit course (for a total of 44 credits) than students opting to earn an MBA without concentration.Electives Students not opting to pursue an MBA concentration may select electives from among any of the graduate course offered in the College of Management. Graduate courses offered by other Metropolitan State University colleges may, in limited situations, be applied toward MBA elective credit at the discretion of the MBA Program Director. ................
