Where to find the scientific calculator during the exam: You will find the scientific calculator in the `Quiz Tools' menu which will display as soon as you begin the exam (figure 1). The Quiz Tools is located in the upper left corner of the exam screen. To open the calculator press the following icon:

You can move the calculator by clicking on the outline and dragging it all over your exam page until you find the most suitable position for it. You can close it during the exam and re-open the calculator from the Quiz Tools menu.

How to use the calculator:

You can clear all content from the Calculator by selecting "Cls". Selecting the red "X" will not clear the content, but will remove the calculator from the screen. When you open it again everything you typed will be saved until you delete it.

Please note that using the buttons by clicking them ensures that the right formula will be executed. Typing the formula into the calculator does not always result in the desired calculation. When using a Scientific Calculator always enter the number first and then hit the function button: 1. You enter the base (x). 2. Press the exponent key (x^y) and enter the exponent (e). Here is an example: Insert 10. Press the exponent key (x^y). Press 5 and enter (=). (10^5=) The calculator should display the number 100.000 because that is equal to 10 to the 5th.
