Yeah!However, these documents must be scanned PDF’s that are clear and legible.Here is the list of Documents I must receive in order to approve your team. Team Invoice Pay Pal Receipt Team Concussion Certificate Signed by Players and Parents (keep the original handy in case you add players, they all must be kept on the same sheet) Coaches Code of Ethics for each coach Coaches Concussion Certificate for 2019 for each coach Back Ground Authorization (if not uploaded by the coach themselves) Any Birth Certificate for players that have not registered before or that is listed on the invoice.Email all documents to Diana Williams (Hill) at updhill23@. Use team name and ID number in all messages. Send all documents in ONE message. You collect the documents until you have them all and then send them to me….THANKS IN ADVANCE! I work a full-time job and have other responsibilities, so please allow up to 72 hours (sometimes longer in the height of the season) for your team to get processed.If you are paying your invoice with a check, you must mail the check and a copy of the invoice to me at PO Box 22842, Milwaukie, OR 97269. Make Check payable to: USA Softball of Oregon.Each coach will log in to , create a team, select age level, select the classification, and be sure to pick registration for “League Only” NON-photo cards, or “Travel Team” photo cards. In most situations, a tournament only team should register as “B” level or higher. League teams should register as “REC” or “C” level. NEW for 2019 **IF A TOURNAMENT OR LEAGUE TEAM PLAYS IN MORE THAN 3 TOURNAMENTS, THEY WIILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE “C” STATE TOURNAMENT. ** Even NAFA tournaments.After creating your team, you will add all your coaches and players. If the person is new to USA Softball you will create a new profile. If you know a person has registered before, DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE. Verify that the Birth Date is accurate and if you still can not locate the players profile, contact me. Here is an outline of how the approval process works.A team registration is “Pending” until an invoice is generated. It then enters the “Submitted” status. Invoice must be PAID before Back Ground checks are started. The Safe Sports Training or Review will need to be completed before the ACE training is available. Once all the boxes are filled and have green check marks and I receive all the documents, if there are NO other issues with the team, I can then “Approve” your team. The coach and player cards will then be mailed to the address on the team registration. At this point you can access your Standard Roster and Insurance Certificate. Championship Rosters are upgraded later in the year for Championship play and “Qualifier” tournaments.I hope this information is helpful and assists all of you in completing the registration process.I am here to assist all of you with general USA Softball questions and other issues that might come up that are softball related.
