Be a creative thinker, developing and implementing innovative new ways to engage, inspire and grow our audiences, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Develop and implement marketing and digital activations for England Netball, Netball Superleague and Commercial Partners from grassroots to the elite game, ensuring England Netball’s strategy, vision and values are across everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop, manage and implement England Netball’s brand and digital marketing strategyLead a team of 4 to deliver an innovative digital content strategy across all channels that brings the England Netball brand to life and engages, inspires and grows our audiences.Develop and manage the digital content and social posting schedule in-line with England Netball’s digital strategy, ensuring distribution of relevant and timely contentLead the management of all member communicationsLead the management of the England Netball website and associated websites ensuring that all content is relevant and up to date to support the organisation’s members, activities and campaigns. Work with the Partnerships Team to ensure partner campaigns are delivered successfully and helping raise the profile of netball through partnership activationsForm part of the Vitality Netball Superleague communications group to support the promotion of the competition through all relevant channels Support the development of England Netball’s brand, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure all promotional material and imagery is within brand guidelines.
