In 2019, the Council of Australian Law Deans (CALD) established a prestigious national award scheme for the legal academic discipline, the Australian Legal Research Awards (‘ALRA’). This award scheme seeks to celebrate excellence and innovation in the discipline of law by Australian legal scholars. For the first period, the scheme will focus on five awards, including this Book Award.
