Adding Microsoft email account to macOS Outlook app

Set up O365 Email on macOS Device (macOS 13)

Get the Outlook macOS app

Open your browser and go to , sign in with your AWC email address

(Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu)

Continue Logging In

Enter your password to log in

Office 2016 Applications

Click on Install Office apps

Choose Office 2016, you will need to install the downloaded .pkg

Outlook

Open the Outlook app, click Get started

Activate Office

Click Sign In

Sign In

Type in your email information Email: Your AWC email address (Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu)

Password

Enter your AWC email password, click Sign In

Office Theme

Chose which theme you would like applied to your Office software. Click Continue

Outlook

Click Start Using Outlook

Set Up Your Email

Choose to add your AWC email address

Exchange Information

Type in your email information Email: Your AWC email address (Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu) DOMAIN\username or Email: Your AWC email address (Employees: first.last@azwestern.edu ; Students: NetID@toro.azwestern.edu) Password: Your email password Click Add Account

Finish Setup

Click Done
