How to change your Polytech email password, after it has been reset
1. Open up a web browser, such as Google Chrome, and go to the website: o This is the state email access website for all of K12. This website is linked on the Staff Portal, on the school website
2. In the first field, enter in your Polytech email address (firstname.lastname@polytech.k12.de.us) 3. In the Password field, enter the password: Changeme! 4. Click the blue Sign-in button 5. You will be prompted to change your password. In the Old Password field, type: Changeme! 6. Your new password must meet the following security requirements:
o Cannot be a password you have used before, or use your name o Must be at least 10 characters minimum o Must have at least 1 upper-case and 1 lower-case letter o Must have at least 1 number or at least 1 symbol (!@#$%, etc.)
