PAYROLL OUTSOURCED SERVICE

TIAMO Personnel provides Full End to End Payroll Functions as per below. Payroll records management; Monthly payroll processing; Monthly and Periodic declarations submission to UIF & SARS; Assist with registering employees for Income Tax; Leave Management; Annual COIDA submissions and PAYE reconciliations (EMP501); Assistance with Letter of Good standing, and UIF Compliance letter; Issue IRP5's to employees; GL reports (if required by the client)-Accounting system interface; Submission of Payroll Reports; Third party schedules (e.g. provident fund, Unions, Medical Aids etc.); Payslip printing and distribution.

We have expertise working on both simple to more complex payroll systems ranging from weekly, biweekly and monthly period cycles. We assess our client's requirements and utilise payroll systems that best suit their individual needs.
