The Offeror must maintain for customers at least a 95 percent daily (Monday - Friday) CSR access rate. The access rate will be determined by totaling the busy signals and busy (exit) messages, subtracting that figure from the total number of customer attempts, and dividing that figure by the total number of customer attempts. ................
