Get your Statements, including inserts provided with Statements from time to time ("eStatements") online. ? It's easy and secure. ? Get your transactions quicker online ? Manage your accounts electronically.

eStatement Disclosure and Agreement:

eStatement Service. Our eStatement service ("Service") is available for all accounts ("Accounts" or "Account") registered through Online Banking with us. The word "Account" includes accounts such as checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit, loan, and line of credit accounts. The Service will apply, and be subject to the terms and conditions of this eStatement Disclosure and Agreement ("Agreement"), to all Accounts you have selected, and any additional Accounts that you select from time to time.

eStatement Enrollment. Any authorized user on the selected Account may enroll in eStatements by consenting to this electronic disclosure to receive eStatements and all paper statements for the selected Accounts will be discontinued upon such enrollment. In addition, any authorized user may elect to discontinue eStatements and revert back to paper statements for the selected Accounts.

Delivery of eStatements. Upon enrollment, periodic account statements and inserts (including Account notices) will only be provided electronically. Subsequent requests for paper copies will be subject to Research fees as stated in the Statement of Fees for your account(s). You may request paper copies by notifying us as provided in the Customer Support section below.

eStatement Email Notification. We will send you an email notification when your eStatement is available to view to the email address of record for your online service. You may change your email address(es) at any time and are responsible for updating your email address(es) to receive eStatement notifications by clicking on the Profile menu option from within the eStatement tab and entering your email address in the Email Address field.

Your Review of eStatements. You are responsible for logging in periodically to view your eStatements. If you are unable to view your eStatement once you have logged in, contact our Customer Support immediately. Your eStatements will be available for viewing online for a period of twenty four (24) months (or such other period as notified to you) from the applicable statement date. You may not allow anyone else online access to your eStatement; if you do, we will not be responsible for any losses. You must

promptly access and review your eStatement and any accompanying items and notify us in writing immediately of any error, unauthorized transaction, or any other irregularity. See also, your responsibilities stated in your Deposit Agreement and Online Service Agreement.

eStatement System Requirements. In order to enroll in eStatements, you must have Adobe? Acrobat? Reader? 4.0 or higher to open and/or save a portable document format (PDF) for your eStatements. This requirement is in addition to the hardware and software requirements for your online banking services. If you do not have this Adobe? software, you need to obtain the necessary Adobe? software that can be downloaded at no cost at .If you click on this link, another browser will spawn and you will be directed to Adobe?'s Website. You must access and/or download the required software and then open and view this sample statement sample statement , so that you know that you can view content before consenting to go paperless.

If we change the minimum hardware or software requirements, we will send you a description of the new hardware and software requirements to the email address you provided. You may withdraw your consent for eStatements by clicking on the Profile menu option from within the eStatement tab and selecting the Paper option in the Delivery Preference field for the account you wish to change. Upon withdrawal, the documents will be sent in paper form to your address of record. There will be no fees charged if you withdraw your consent for eStatements.

Termination of eStatement Service. We may terminate, suspend, or modify this Service at any time. If terminated, paper statements will be provided to you to your address of record. Neither termination nor suspension shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us.

Customer Support. For updates, withdrawal of Service, and other notices provided by this Agreement, you must notify us in writing, at Attn: Online Banking 9300 Flair Drive, 1st Floor, El Monte, CA 91731, and identifying yourself by last name, first name, address, and account number. Your notification will be effective at such time as we have a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.

Joint Accounts. If your account is owned jointly with another person, either one of you may consent to receive electronic disclosures and eStatement and that person's eletion to access eStatement shall apply to both of you.

By clicking "Go Paperless" you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this eStatement Disclosure and Agreement ("Agreement"), that your computer satisfies the hardware and software requirements within the above Agreement and you can access this PDF sample statement. In addition, you give your affirmative consent for us to provide you with the electronic communications as described in the above Agreement.
