Birthday Party Policies

There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit due the day you sign up in order to reserve your day and time.

(NO days or times will be saved unless a deposit is made.)

Birthday Party Fee is based on 20 children.

Additional children may be added at a cost of $6.00 each

Please notify Coach K at 413-2575 if you will be inviting more than 20 children.

We do not discount party fees for parties of less than 20 children.

For parties that have more than 20 kids we will not count children one year of age and younger in your total.

All participants please wait in the car for temperature checks and contact tracing questions until further notice. A legal guardian must sign a waiver prior to the start of the party for them to attend.

Please make sure each person dropping a child off signs this form.

Sorry, adults may NOT play on the uneven bars, but feel free to participate in the other activities.

However you must sign the waiver in order to participate.

Adults may walk around the gym to take pictures and interact with their children.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes for tumbling such as a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt.

Participants may go barefoot or wear tennis shoes. Please do not wear belts, jewelry, socks or dresses.

In order to allow the crew adequate time to clean up and set up for the next party, there will be a fee for all parties ending after the allotted time. You will be charged a fee of $2.00 per minute for every minute after your scheduled time. This policy will be effective immediately after the allotted time has expired.

Please be considerate of the next boy or girl who is having their party so they may get in to decorate before there guests arrive

If you cancel your party with three days or less until the party date you will be responsible for the party fee. Emergency cancellations require verification.

Please make sure you have a list of your guest’s phone numbers in the event we need to reschedule, due to road conditions, or weather.

In the event of inclement weather in the forecast or government forced closure, Coach K will be in contact with you about your party or you may call her at 413-2575.

*Balance must be paid in full at the end of the party no exceptions.*

90 minutes in the gym of age appropriate gymnastics, activities, and obstacle courses….

30 minutes in the party room

Staff supervision and help in the party room

You supply:

Any food, goody bags, decorations, party supplies, and four tablecloths…

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time to set up.

Coaches will assist you with set up!

Party Fees:

Member $155.00

Non Member $180.00

$6.00 a child will be charged to your bill for each additional guest over 20

*There will not be a discount for parties less then 20*

Gratuity not included but greatly appreciated!!!
