Using Duval County Clerk of Courts' e-Pay service:

Current available Civil Traffic payment services: Civil Traffic fines and late fees. Civil Traffic school election. Civil Traffic court costs and late fees. Civil Traffic payment plan payment (Payment plan must be previously established at one of our Clerk's office locations).

Civil Traffic services NOT currently available on-line: Civil Traffic fines/court costs that have been referred to collections. Late fees assessed due to failure to complete Court Ordered Driver Improvement School. Civil Traffic infractions that require proof of valid license, tag, registration or insurance. Court mandatory infractions. Criminal violations. Reinstatement fee, if applicable.

"Pay Selected Option" to make a payment. "Go Back" to search again

NOTE: Press Pay once. Pressing Pay more than once could result in multiple charges. Wait for either a confirmation OR error message to appear.

Review your election

IMPORTANT: You cannot change your election after a payment is made.

Payment card information and billing address (as it appears on your card account).

"Pay" once to process your payment. WAIT for confirmation. Select "Go Back" to change your election.

Print a copy of your receipt for your records.
