| |08 |Designs feasible projects for implementing innovations. |

| |09 |Develops and monitors the operating budgets for student information systems and PEIMS. |

| |10 |Schedules training for end users as needed/required for student information systems and the use thereof with other |

| |11 |Evaluates needs of the district and make recommendations for improving administrative computer services with software|
| | |and hardware. |

| |12 |Demonstrates behavior that is ethical and responsible and serve as a role model for all district staff. |

| |13 |Ensures that the appropriate personnel compile, maintain and file all physical and computerized reports, records and |
| | |other documents required, including auditable records. |

| |14 |Maintains software versions used for each school year and store according to state audit requirements. |

| |15 |Oversees security systems for the student information systems, implementing procedures to ensure that student records|
| | |are secure. |

| |16 |Maintains yearly calendar of tasks and activities for the student information system team. |

| |17 |Schedules and coordinate year end and start of school yearly processes for the student information systems. |

| |18 |Responsible for coordinating and submitting OCR reports. |

| |19 |Assists with the implementation of the district technology plan. |

| |20 |Escalates non-resolved issues as needed to the director of technology. |

| |21 |Perform other duties as may be assigned. |
