We are committed to supporting non-profit institutions and events that support education opportunities throughout our region.

Healthy and Active Living- Charitable causes that benefit the overall wellbeing of all consumers including programs that support physical activity/education, nutrition education and safe parks and neighborhoods.

Environmental Sustainability- Our philanthropic commitment is focused on those areas where we have the most opportunity to make a difference -- water stewardship, sustainable packaging, energy management, climate protection and responsible citizenship through conservation and recycling.

Diversity- As a local Coca-Cola bottler, our ability to understand, embrace and operate in a multicultural environment -- both in the marketplace and in the workplace -- is critical to our long-term sustainability. We support efforts that honor and celebrate heritage, promote gender empowerment, and provide resources and opportunities for minority owned companies to thrive.

Donation Guidelines

1. Organizations MUST be 501(c) status, or an American tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation or association.

2. Acknowledgement of any donation is required. For IRS purposes, any donation over $75 in value will require an acknowledgement document from the qualified organization. The acknowledgement must be printed on organization letterhead, stating the amount of product received.

3. Organizations must be closely-related to a "Contribution Priority" of Coca-Cola Beverages Florida.

4. Use of product must be direct, not for sale or resale. 5. Upon approval of donation request, requestors must allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of

products. 6. All donation requests must have final approval from the office of Public Affairs.

CCBF Will Not Support the Following

1. Organizations without 501C Status 2. Political or religious causes 3. Individual participation in events or fundraisers, such as walk-a-thons, scout projects,

fundraising sporting events

Donation Process

Please contact the Office of Public Affairs for your community requests. All requests should be made in writing on organizational letterhead and should address the program goals and donation needs.
