NEW HIRE CHECKLIST

Welcome to PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA)!

PBNA Frontline Onboarding is designed to provide you with basic knowledge of the beverage industry and hands on training in your new role. During orientation and onboarding you will explore our company, customers, and competition. This checklist or steps below are designed to help set you up as a new employee in our HR (SAP) system.

On you first day of employment, you need to complete the following: 1. Your new hire paperwork through the EMPTRUST portal. On Day-1 of employment, you will

receive an HR Onboarding email from our third-party vendor EMPTRUST to initiate your online new hire paperwork. The subject of the email will read "Welcome to PepsiCo Beverages North America". In this portal, you are to complete your form I-9 and other required new hire paperwork.

2. Register your 8-digit Global Personnel Identification Number (GPID). You may complete this task from a site location or remote. You will need to register your Global Personnel ID (GPID) in myidm to gain access to the PepsiCo network. Please complete the following steps:

1. Obtain your Global Personnel ID (GPID), provided by HR, your manager or your PepsiCo business representative

2. Open your internet browser and go to (this is a secure site) 3. Click "First Time User"

4. Enter your 8-digit GPID and click OK

5. Complete the next field(s) that display, depending on your associate type. Your entries must match your data on record with HR (for employees).

6. Use the drop-down menu to choose your preferred language 7. On the next screen, set up Security questions and answers, then click Next

? Answer a minimum of two questions from the pick list (mandatory) ? You can also create your own questions and answers (optional) ? You can create a 4-digit security PIN (optional)

8. Complete the New Password field then enter the same new password in the Confirm Password field

9. Click the Review and accept the agreements checkbox; you will not be able to change your password unless you accept the agreements

10. Click Submit

? NOTE: You will receive an email confirming the password change if an email address is saved in your myidM profile

? Login to myidM using your GPID and new password ? PepsiCo's Information Security Policy states that your password must be changed every 90

days. myidM will send you an email reminder two weeks before the password expires.

Within your First seven (7) days Verify Your Personal Information and set up Direct Deposit within seven (7) days of your start date. Go to > myHR > Pay & Benefits > My Personal Information. ? Enter your "GPID" and newly created password to log-in ? Click on the "Pay &Benefits" tab and "myHR" link in the top left corner ? Once in the portal, click on the "PAY" TAB in the left corner, to update your information.

Verify your PERSONAL INFORMATION, ADDRESS (your first paycheck will be sent to your homeaddress, please verify accuracy) and add in your EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

Sign up for DIRECT DEPOSIT (there are 3 options available): ? Required: Set up a Main Payment Method to deposit the total check amount into a

default account ? Optional: Deposit Flat Amount into another account and the balance to your Main

Account in option 1 ? Optional: Deposit a Percentage into another account and the balance to your Main

Account in option 1 1. Scroll down to "Payment Information" and click "Edit" 2. Enter the effective date 3. Click "Edit" to create or update information. Click "Details" to view only. 4. Complete the form and click "Done" and "Save" to confirm changes

Complete DRIVER LICENSE info (if you are a driver for the organization, DOT, nonDOT, or drive your personal vehicle) under the `Work Authorization Information' section. Note: If you have a CDL license, but are not in a DOT position, enter your license type as "License"

Go to > Services > Search "W4" Withholdings and setup your TAX WITHHOLDINGS (W4) and State/Local

Note: If this is not complete this will default to single zero filing status

Go to > Services > Search "W2" Sign up and view W-2 Forms electronically

Enroll in your Total Rewards! Another important aspect of your onboarding is educating yourself and enrolling in our benefit offerings. Please review the Total Rewards at a Glance handbook found on theEMPTrust Onboarding portal to familiarize yourself with these competitive benefits..

Go to > MyHR > Pay & Benefits > Health and Insurance tab

and complete BENEFITS ELECTIONS to avoid being assigned default coverage.

Consider enrolling in our 401K PLAN: > MyHR > Pay & Benefits >

Click on MORE to see retirement section.
