L.I.F.E. Education Portal Login Instructions

There are two different ways to logon to the Percipio ? (1) on-network and (2) off-network. Most teammates will typically use the on-network option.

First Logon and Account Setup:

1. You will receive an email from "Crump L.I.F.E. Education Group ", inviting you to login and setup your account. Click the "Start Learning!" link to logon and setup your account.

2. You should be automatically logged into your skill building setup page. Select the topics that are of interest to you, then click the "Next" button. (you can change these later in your account profile)

3. On the next screen, you must select at least one sub-topic from each topic you selected on the previous screen, then click "Next" button.

4. Now you will land on the home page where you can (a) navigate the library, (b) search for learning resources, (c) review the featured and personalized suggested content, and (d) manage your profile. Please click on your account name in the upper right, and choose "Account Information".

5. Click the "Change Password" link to setup your "external & app" password for accessing the LMS off-network.

6. If, at any time, you would like to change the skill topics and sub-topics that you initially setup, you may do so, by selecting the "Skills" area under your Account Profile. This drives the personalized suggested content on your home page.

7. If you don't setup your external password right away, you will receive an email from the LMS with instructions on how to do this later.

On-network logons

Most teammates will logon to Percipio while on-network (including Citrix and VPN). Occasionally self-paced courses and/or registration for Virtual or classroom courses will be promoted through emails. These emails will include both innetwork single-sign-on and off-network links. If you are on-network, be sure to use the proper link which should sign you directly into the course or workshop you need to access. To logon without an email link, navigate to the LEG page on and click on the login banner.

Off-network logons

Teammates may also use the Percipio App or navigate directly to and login with their ID or primary email address along with the external password created in Step 5 above. NOTE: Corporate Credentials login link may be displayed, but is not enabled. Clicking this link will result in an error.

Using the Percipio App

In addition to accessing the LMS internally or externally through a browser at , you can also use the Percipio App by Downloading from the App Store or Getting it on Google Play. When prompted for your site name, enter "crump", then login with the "external password" you created in Step 5 above.
