JOB : Civil & Mechanical Work in Pithampur LPG Plant

CRFQ NO: 1000 11 9314 dated 31.03. 2010

The subject tender with an estimated value of Rs. 25, 36,460. 00 was floated in two part bid vide CRFQ No. 1000 11 9314 dated 31.03.10 to the following Eleven approved vendors:

The technical bids were opened on the due date i.e. 21.04.2010 at 14: 30 hrs & scrutinized. Following Six parties responded to the tender, out of which 5 Parties submitted their Bids and 01 Party regretted.

4. M/s. United Fabricators & Erectors - Responded.

5. M/s. New Tech Energy Engineers - Responded

6. M/s. North Eastern Engineers - Regretted

M/s. Arunoday Steel Industries, Project Technologist Pvt. Ltd., Pritam Singh

& Sons ( P) Ltd., Ganon Norton Engineers & Mechanical Constructors , have

not responded

While scrutinising the technical bids, it was observed that no responded vendor has put up any deviation or any counter terms and conditions in their Technical Offers.

View above, the technical bids of above 5 bidders have been found to be acceptable.

However it was necessary to change certain line items in the RFQ , and delete Line Item 720 , details of which are as below :

Considering the above changes in the RFQ from the scope of the subject job, and the deletion of Item 720 , it was decided to send Revised RFQ to all the 5 responded vendors to obtain their revised offers .

Revised RFQ s (Revised Price Bids ) were therefore sent to all the 5 responded vendors with the due date of opening for the Revised Price Bids as :

01.09. 10 at 14. 30 hrs.

Therefore approval is requested to open the price bids of the following parties .

1. M/s Navbharat Construction

2. M/s Maruthi Engg. Corpn.

3. M/s. Binod Enterprise

4. M/s. United Fabricators & Erectors .

5. M/s. New Tech Energy Engineers .
