Description of products:

Aaniiih Nakoda College wishes to create parking lots and sidewalks on the campus. The specifications and options for the proposed project are listed at parkinglots.htm.

The project(s) proposed are listed in Phases. Bidder should price each Phase separately and, if applicable, any discount for awarding all Phases. ANC will NOT piecemeal the project. Award will go to one bidder with Phases awarded as funding allows. Final terms will be negotiated upon award of bid.

This is an Indian Preference Project. Indian Preference will be given to those proposals that can provide evidence of Indian Ownership where Indian Ownership is not less than 51%. Those firms that claim Indian Preference must submit with their proposals the following information: Tribal Certification of the Indian Owner; Certification that the controlling person is the Indian Owner of the firm submitting the proposal; a complete listing of the structure of the Indian owned firm, a list of their job functions, in addition to the areas of their registrations or areas

of expertise.
