Airport to New York City.

Guided Tour of Lower Manhattan. Today you

will have time on and off the motorcoach to explore the highlights of Lower Manhattan, including the 9/11 Memorial, Chinatown, & more.

Check in to Hyatt Place New York/Times

Square. After you check in, head out for dinner on your own in Times Square.

1. Only a parent, using his or her email, may register a student. 2. Be ready to make your deposit payment by Discover, Mastercard or

Visa. The registration process cannot be completed without payment. 3. You will receive an immediate confirmation email once you complete your registration. All information regarding the trip will be sent via email. Please accept messages from notifications@.

Eligibility

This tour is open to all students enrolled in Owensboro High School Fine Arts. Students must be in good standing and meet all of the school requirements to be eligible for a field trip.

Reservations

Reservations are processed online and accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Space is limited on this trip. Register early to secure your spot! A waitlist will be started once the initial space has been filled. Trip cost is based on a minimum of paying participants and may be adjusted. The payment schedule is as follows:

Mastercard, Discover & Visa are accepted for payments. Credit card charges will show up as EBX*Entoura2708421148. A $25 fee incurred from denied charges will be passed along to your account if we receive a chargeback on your account. Once you've created your registration account you will be able to go back in to make payments & view your purchases.

Rooming List

Every effort will be made to assign students to quad (4) occupancy rooms. Each room features 2 queen beds. Students will sign up for rooms in class in March.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

You will have the option to purchase Trip Cancellation coverage at the time that you register for the trip. Optional coverage is available for $89.00 per person. You can find more information on coverage while you're registering for the trip.
