THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM

1. An application on full-scape plain paper addressed to DPO Bahawalpur in which you write, where are

going abroad and purpose of obtaining Character Certificate.

2. Three (3) Photograph (Fresh Passport Size) attested by Class-I Officer posted at Bahawalpur.

(One from front & other from backside)

3. One Photostat copy on National Identity Card attested by Class-I Officer posted at Bahawalpur.

4. Photostat copy of Passport (Page 1 to 3) attested by Class-I Officer posted at Bahawalpur

5. Photostat copy Consulate / Concerned Embassy letter issued by Consulate officer in witch they have

asked you for Police Character Certificate

6. Government / Semi Government Employees Should apply along with NOC obtained from their Head

of Department

7. In case a candidate in not in Pakistan, attested Photostat copy of consulate / concerned Embassy letter

issued by, consulate office in which they have asked you for Police Character, Will also be attested by

any Class-I Officer posted at Bahawalpur.

8. Staff Nurses, Dispensers Should Apply along with NCC obtained from Government of Pakistan

Ministry of Health & Social Welfare Div: Islamabad.

9. The persons who already abroad should apply through Pakistan Mission/ Embassy abroad for

obtaining Character Certificate.
