Good Fats

A polyunsaturated fat to limit is Omega-6. We need a small amount of Omega-6, but too much of this fat overloads your system and gets converted into “bad” eicosanoids. We get plenty of Omega-6 in the food that we eat and don’t need to add more. Oils that are high in Omega-6 are sunflower, safflower and soybean. ................
